Privacy Policy — Higgsfield Automation

What this extension does

Higgsfield Automation is a Chrome extension that automates bulk image and video generation on higgsfield.ai. It runs prompts you type, downloads the results to your computer, and shows progress in a side panel.

What it collects

The extension uses Google Firebase Authentication so each user can sign in with a Google account or with an email-and-password account they create. Beyond that, the extension does not collect, transmit, or sell any other personal information. Specifically:

• It does not track your browsing.
• It does not send any analytics.
• It does not log your prompts, settings, or downloads to any server.
• It does not store, request, or transmit your higgsfield.ai login credentials.

What is stored by Firebase Authentication

When you sign in, Firebase Authentication (a Google service) stores the following so we can recognize you on next launch:

• Your email address
• A Firebase user ID (an opaque string Google issues)
• A Firebase ID token (a short-lived credential used to keep you signed in)
• If you signed up with email/password: a hashed copy of your password (we never see the plaintext)
• If you signed in with Google: the basic Google profile (email, display name, profile picture URL) you authorized

This data lives in a Firebase project owned by the extension developer and in your browser's local IndexedDB so your session persists. It is not used for advertising, analytics, or any purpose other than letting you sign in.

What it stores locally

The extension uses chrome.storage.local and IndexedDB on your own device to remember:

• Your selected generation mode
• Your default model, aspect ratio, duration, resolution, and quality preferences
• Your download folder name and filename preferences
• Your pacing (min/max delay between prompts)
• Your Firebase Authentication session (so you don't have to re-sign-in each time)

This data never leaves your computer except for the Firebase session, which is also synchronized with Google's Firebase Authentication servers as part of normal sign-in. You can clear it any time by signing out, removing the extension, or clicking Reset Defaults in Settings.

Network requests the extension makes

1. Requests to higgsfield.ai itself — driven by the user's existing logged-in session.
2. Requests to Google's Firebase Authentication servers (identitytoolkit.googleapis.com, securetoken.googleapis.com, www.googleapis.com, accounts.google.com) — only when you sign in, sign up, sign out, or refresh your session token.
3. A periodic request to the extension's remote configuration endpoint, fetching a small JSON file used internally to keep the extension working when higgsfield.ai updates its interface. This request sends no user data — only an extension version identifier and a static client header. The response contains no personal information.

No third-party data sharing

The extension does not share any data with third parties beyond Google Firebase Authentication (used solely for sign-in, as described above). There are no analytics SDKs, no telemetry, no usage reporting.

Children's privacy

The extension is intended for users 18 and older; it does not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at the same URL.
